How to send the device
Contact us
Call or write on Viber before shipping so we can clarify the device and the problem.
Pack it securely
Use a strong box and enough protective material so the device cannot move during transport.
Add a note
Include your name, phone, model, a short description of the problem and all accessories in the parcel.
Choose how to send it
