Game and dead-zone settings affect the experience. Browser readings are useful clues, not a final diagnosis. Do not spray cleaners or disassemble the controller to check.
How we can help
We check centring, range and analog signal stability. Based on findings, we discuss the necessary work rather than promise external cleaning will fix a worn mechanism.
After repair, we calibrate and check centring, movement in all directions and other basic controller functions. We explain the result and any additional issue outside the stick.
Price and what the service includes
The price-list operation covers one analog stick, calibration and final testing. If both sticks are affected, we agree two operations. Battery and other button work are separate services.
What to send or bring
Tell us whether the left or right stick is affected, when it started and in which games. Send a tester screenshot if available. Bring the controller; the PS5 console is not needed for this service.

FAQ
Is the price for both sticks?
No. The listed operation covers one stick. If both are faulty, we agree the total for two operations before work.
Does the online test prove a faulty stick?
It shows the signal received by the browser and helps describe the problem. Settings and actual behaviour must be assessed during inspection.
Do I need to bring the console?
We normally need the DualSense controller, not the PS5. Describe any unusual connection issue in advance.
