What the service includes
We first test the charger, jack and board connection. The jack may be cable-mounted or soldered depending on the model; access and the correct part are confirmed after inspection.
Options and what the price covers
The price list covers replacement labor. The jack is quoted separately. If the cause is the charger, battery or board electronics, we explain it before replacing any part.
